JumpstartMD Team Member Marketing Support Request

The Marketing Team looks forward to partnering with you! We use Trello to manage all incoming Marketing requests. To ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery, please complete the request form in full. Once your request is received, a member of the Marketing team will be in touch to confirm the details of your project and due date.

Request Title

Please enter a brief name to title your request. This will become the Trello card title. Examples: Vitamin Therapy Promotional Flyer, Support Pack Flyer Revision

Type of Marketing Request

Select whether your request is:

A new project, or
A revision/update to existing materials (upload the original files for updates).

Project Details

Clearly outline what’s needed. Include relevant context and any supporting links. For revisions, use Track Changes in Word or annotate PDFs to show updates.

Priority

Choose the urgency of your request. Most requests should select the “Meet Due Date” option.

Highest Priority = Requires immediate attention
Urgent/Rush = Needed within 5-7 business days
Meet Due Date = Due 2+ weeks from submission
Wiggle Room = Flexible timing

Date Requested By

Enter your desired delivery date. While not guaranteed, the Marketing Team will confirm feasibility.

⏱️ Please allow at least 2 weeks for most projects.
Delivery times depend on project complexity and current workload. Most projects require writing, review, design, and final approval. Content must be finalized before going to design to reduce revision rounds and streamline completion.

Please note: Each round of revisions will extend the turnaround time for final delivery.
